We have over the past few months been upgrdaing our VE.

The upgrades completed to date are:
3" Xforce system
Hi Flow Cats
Pacemaker headers
Pedders Extreme coil over suspension
20" Xon Mags
Custom Bonnet scoop
VCM Cam and valve spring upgrade
RDP-VCM Custom Tune
Harrop Supercharger

Currently sitting at approx 550rwhp

Santa delievered a few more goodies over the christmas break, which i will keep everyone up to date as it progresses.

The VE had its first trip to Benaraby, was a great weekend, thanks to Lee for driving a holden up from Brisbane (the shame!)
Had a few issues to begin with, but after tweaking the gearbox tune and racing it in D it all held up to the great expectations we had... 11.859

UPDATE!!!!

After frying the standard 6 speeds we have just finished fitting a Turbo 400 thanks to Craig at Craigs Automatics in Sydney, we also have a new stall converter from TCE converters in Victoria, and a Heavy Duty Tail Shaft from Hardy Spicer here in Mackay.
The new shifter has been fitted, and with a safe tune in has pulled 512 rwhp, we will be putting it back on the dyno tonight, so i should have some better news to report tomorrow.

We are planing on taking it out to the last test and tune for Palmyra this friday night.

We got three passes in on Friday night with everything holding together which is a good start, unfortunatly the times were not what we were expecting but it is still in the early stages of getting the tune and the driver to get power to the ground!!
We had two 12 second passes and one 11, so we are thinking some more track time is needed.
But congrats to all involved, she looked and sounded very impressive!

The big plan is to get the VE back out on the track this Friday night!!

Hopefully the dust supression stays away!

I will let you know how it goes...

Good or bad on Friday night it will then be getting a standard box put back in and turned into Glenns Sunday morning coffe and breakfast cruiser!

I also forgot to mention the VE is new sporting a brand new interior with the seats and door trims being recovered with thanks to Jeff at All Trim Mackay!
